It’s worth noting that the 2-day BRCGS HARA course is similar in content to a typical Level 3 HACCP course.
This course programme reflects the requirements of the Standard and the development and implementation of a hazard and risk management system. This course will introduce delegates to BRCGS requirements, quality systems, the foundation of HARA – HACCP and the other crucial elements in managing a company’s risk-based systems.
By the end of this course, you will:
