The HACCP and Allergen training organized by STC was a big eye opening experience for me personally. The training provided practical knowledge on identifying food safety hazards, establishing critical control points, and implementing preventive measures to reduce contamination risks. I also gained a better understanding of allergen management, including cross-contact prevention, proper labeling, and consumer protection. The program enhanced my confidence in applying food safety standards and strengthened my commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety practices in food handling and processing environments.
