This two-day course will enable you to undertake internal audits and prepare companies for third party audits. It’s delivered via a series of workshop-led discussions, presentations and an interactive case study. During the live case study, you will be given feedback and support to enable you to carry out an audit at your own workplace.
You will be assessed throughout the course (50%) and you will also need to undertake a workplace audit and submit an audit report for assessment (50%). You will need to gain a 75% pass for this assessment.
This course is part of the BRC Global Standards Professional recognition programme.

Note: it is possible to request a Certificate of Attendance if you prefer not to complete the assessment, however please notify us beforehand.
To receive a Certificate of Achievement, an assessment must be completed: this is an internal audit, either real or fictitious (if for example you are a consultant who does not work for a site).

LIVE ONLINE: Please note that this is an online course with a live trainer, delivered via zoom. A zoom link will be sent upon booking so that the attendee can easily join the class online. “What was your motivation to join this course? ” I was very interested to understand if my company follows and meets the standards as a food industry. I spoke to my manager and she recommended to take part in an internal auditing course.
What did you enjoy most about the training? I really enjoyed that the course was straight forward and easy to understand. It definitely helped me understand how audits are conducted and what to watch out for. I am excited to conduct internal audits in my own workplace now.
