This one-day industry focused BRCGS Culture Action Planning workshop will provide you with practical steps to support the development and implementation of a culture action plan and promote culture excellence within the organisation.
It provides  a  valuable and pragmatic crossover of culture action and change management principles.
What we cover:
- Define and describe the role of leaders in product safety and quality culture work.
- Evaluate the various methods to assess current product safety culture to determine the most effective method for your organization.
- Evaluate data and trends in culture survey assessment (or other data gathering methods) to formulate feasible action plan items.
- Employ structured, systematic problem-solving methods to identify underlying issues around product safety and quality culture to ensure corrective actions are included in the action plan.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop a robust communication and continuous improvement plan in support of product safety and quality culture work specific to your organization.

To receive a Certificate of Achievement, the following assessment must be completed.
- 10 Question Exam. Pass Mark 75%

- Exam is available in English only, but extra time can be requested.
LIVE ONLINE: Please note that this is an online course with a live trainer, delivered via zoom. A zoom link will be sent upon booking so that the attendee can easily join the class online. All attendees and the trainer can see and talk with each other at all times so that it’s interactive and very much like being in a classroom.
