NOTE: Your tutor led Zoom sessions take 5 hrs, however, full 8hr days of work is required. You will see 8 hrs in BRCGS Educate once you have enrolled (this is correct for the overall time you need per day) and don’t worry, we will send you clear instructions how to enrol when you book with us. Note that Educate start and end times are not always correct, since these are fixed in the portal, please note our specific Zoom session start times instead. Please ensure that you set aside the required time to complete your homework assignments which will take approximately 3 hrs per day.

This 1-day course will ensure that prospective auditors and company personnel using the BRC Global Standard for Agents and Brokers Issue 3 have an in-depth and practical understanding of the format and requirements of the Standard, the protocol for the audit and actions following the audit.
This course is part of the BRC Global Standards Professional recognition programme.
The course is aimed at current BRCGS auditors who wish to add this Standard to their audit capabilities. It is also suitable for agents, brokers and their staff who wish to gain a thorough understanding of the Standard and audit protocol in order to be able to prepare their companies for certification.
Delegates who wish to conduct BRCGS 3rd party audits to this Standard must already be BRCGS auditors.
All delegates should download and read a copy of the Global Standard for Agents and Brokers Issue 3 (publish date Oct 2021).

· Identify the companies that may be certificated to the Standard

ASSESSMENT Information for candidate.
Note: it is possible to request a Certificate of Attendance if you prefer not to complete the assessment, however please notify us beforehand.
To receive a Certificate of Achievement, the following assessment must be completed.
- Auditors: 50 Question Exam. Pass Mark 75%
- Sites: 25 Question Exam. Pass Mark 60%

- Exam is available only in English.
LIVE ONLINE: Please note that this is an online course with a live trainer, delivered via zoom. A zoom link will be sent upon booking so that the attendee can easily join the class online. Course notes will be shared beforehand and these will be shared on the screen also. All attendees and the trainer can see and talk with each other at all times so that it’s interactive and very much like being in a classroom.
