“What was your motivation to join this course? ” My motivation was stemmed from the fact that it’s a self-taught area where I’ve gained valuable skills through my work experience. However, after working in this field for a long time, I realized that sometimes you can become too accustomed to certain ways of thinking and evaluating risks. I wanted to refresh my approach and gain new perspectives to ensure I’m staying sharp and up-to-date in my assessments.
What did you enjoy most about the training? I enjoyed the most how interactive the training was. The trainer encouraged participation and made the experience feel dynamic. Additionally, the flow of conversations, covering different angles and perspectives, kept the sessions engaging and made learning feel more holistic and practical.
