If you have booked one of our BRCGS courses, then in order to access your exam and receive a certificate you do need to have an BRCGS Educate account. We provide this information as part of your course details.
To make an account, this can simply be done here, and we have made this process even more simpler by created a video guide.
We also often get asked if you should register using your business email or your personal one. The answer is simple. It's your personal preference!
It's exactly the same if you have forgotten your password and are unable to access your existing account. You can always use a different email address or get in touch with BRCGS training team who can assist you with this matter.
