What’s your role in the food safety industry, and what challenges do you face in your position?
 
Hello

As an external trainer, I find it difficult to follow up on the effectiveness of the training I deliver.
Whilst initial feedback is essential for any trainer so that they can hone their craft, long-term effectiveness is difficult to gauge.
Creating a lasting professional connection and dialogue is essential if this is to be achieved.
Maybe no news really does equate to good news in this case!
