Issue 4 introduced significant changes, including mandatory unannounced audits (at least one every three years), new culture and whistleblowing requirements, and colour-coded audit areas to help auditors distinguish between facility and system assessments.

How do you assess whether a site is genuinely prepared for unannounced audits, especially regarding nominated non-audit days (reduced to 10 for annual audits, 5 for six‑monthly schedules)? How do sites demonstrate readiness, and how do you verify it on audit day?
