What are the best ways you’ve found to build food safety awareness on night shifts or weekends?

Food safety culture tends to degrade outside standard hours. People could share engagement tactics like micro-training, remote audits, or buddy systems.

@Harrison I think your word "engagement" hits the nail on the head. And the best way to achieve engagement is through presence. I think it would do the business a lot of good if compliance staff and other relevant managers show up periodically on a night shift. Not to spy or catch people out, but to demonstrate genuine care and support.
