We have a winner of the BRCGS Professional Courses!

To see 2019 off with something that would bring some smiles, we decided to run a competition. Why not!

The prize: three free BRCGS product safety courses.

The task: to tell us why the competition entrant would like to win.

The winner: Irma Einoryte-Seleniene, Quality Manager at Alfred G Pearce.

We were delighted to receive an astounding number of entries and many answers we received made us smile or have a good chuckle! It certainly was a difficult task to chose a winner but at the end of the day Irma received the good news. 

This is what Irma had to say when she heard, “Amazing!!! I cannot believe yet 🙂 thank you very much!!! We were screaming In the office :)”.

I am Quality Manager at Alfred G. Pearce Ltd. Working at the same company for 8 years, my journey started from the line operator and during these years I became a Quality Manger.

I like do the job as best as I can and always like to go forward with the training/qualification to make sure food quality and safety. I like to help my colleagues to achieve best results and keep them positive, as everything can be learned/achieved if we want and if we have the plan/good understanding what we want to achieve working as a team. My goals is and always was: Work hard / keep going forward / help to people / believe in yourself, as good things happening to good people and always keep smiling!!!”
