Become a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, by upgrading your Yellow Belt qualification. This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Upgrade training includes approximately 40 hours of online lessons and exercises and then approximately 25 hours of project work.
Our Green Belt Upgrade training covers both the technical aspects of Lean Six Sigma, but also the all-important softer Change Management skills needed to ensure a solution is accepted into your organisation. Upgrading your Yellow Belt to Green Belt course without learning how to ensure your solutions are accepted will lead to frustration and wasted effort. This course will upgrade your current qualification from a basic Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt to a full Lean Six Sigma Green belt using the latest in technological and educational development to create a unique, interactive experience that works with all learning styles.
You can work through this online course at your own pace, then use your free support as you work through your project and certify. We use the best practice approach to certification which requires delegates to submit at least one successful project illustrating how they have applied the skills they learned on the course. We can provide case studies for those unable to find a live project.

- You will be asked to provide evidence of your previous qualification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt before your course will commence.
- As this is an English language course, you should be proficient in English to business standard or you may struggle with some of the terminology.
- Be aware that Minitab is required to complete the training and is not currently included in the course. Talk to us about a 30-day free trial.
- Also be aware that Minitab software is not compatible with Macs so you may need to find an alternative computer to complete these sections of the course.
