This Black Belt Upgrade classroom course has been designed to pick up where you left off during your Green Belt training. It combines self-led study online with interactive classroom sessions and one-to-one coaching. This approach to learning – which is a world away from traditional lecture-style lessons – has been proven to improve knowledge retention and understanding.
This course has been designed so that you do not have to undertake the full Black Belt course as you have already demonstrated your knowledge of Lean Six Sigma to Green Belt level – although you’ll be asked to do some online refresher training before attending.
The training is run over seven days and is split into two modules. The first Black Belt Upgrade module is four days and the second is three days, with a gap between to practise the lessons. Over the course of two one-to-one coaching sessions and your unlimited email support your Master Black Belt will help you with your project work so you can continue to build on your existing knowledge.
