Assessment is through trainer observation and completion of a self-assessment workbook which is reviewed for certification.
DURATION: 3 days
ENTRY GUIDANCE: There are no entry requirements to this course and anyone who has any involvement with training or coaching others, or speaking or presenting to colleagues will benefit from this course.

LIVE ONLINE: Please note that this is an online course with a live trainer, delivered via zoom. A zoom link will be sent upon booking so that the attendee can easily join the class online. I’ve taken several training courses with STC so far and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Cathy is a great trainer, along with the other members of her team. The latest training was the TTT course and even though I am already doing training for a while, I still had a lot to learn from the course. It was enjoyable, engaging and interesting.
