Assessment is through trainer observation and completion of a self-assessment workbook which is reviewed for certification.
DURATION: 3 days
ENTRY GUIDANCE: There are no entry requirements to this course and anyone who has any involvement with training or coaching others, or speaking or presenting to colleagues will benefit from this course.

1STC are a fantastic food safety, BRCGS and life skills training provider. I have attended my Lead Auditors, Level 4 HACCP and Food Safety, Trainer the Trainer and now my Food Safety Issue 8 to 9 Conversion for auditors. The pace of courses are spot on, there is wide and extensive knowledge by all trainers and they are all very welcoming! Cathy, Oskar and Stefani have been great at providing support and advice since I started using 1STC, not only with food safety but career advice too.
