We are offering a 2-day training workshop combining the fundamental requirements of GlobalGap, Red Tractor and HACCP & Food Safety, so that you can achieve a Level 3 in Farm Quality Assurance.
Who should attend
This course is for all operators in the sector of primary production and subsequent handling of produce, who need to understand the main principles to be applied for certifications schemes such as GLOBALG.A.P., Red Tractor and the fundamental principles of HACCP & Food Safety. The course is designed to develop understanding of good agricultural and manufacturing practices.
Pre-requisites
No special preliminary knowledge is required to attend this course.
