- Full-Day: 9am – 5pm.
❗NOTE: From Mar 2025 Your tutor led Zoom sessions take 5 hrs, however, full 8hr days of work is required. You will see 8 hrs in BRCGS Educate once you have enrolled (this is correct for the overall time you need per day) and don’t worry, we will send you clear instructions how to enrol when you book with us. Note that Educate start and end times are not always correct, since these are fixed in the portal, please note our specific Zoom session start times instead. Please ensure that you set aside the required time to complete your homework assignments which will take approximately 3 hrs per day. As the Zoom session will be shorter, there will be shorter breaks in between (40min in total) , please make sure to make arrangements to accommodate this.

The intention of this in-depth 3-day course is to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the general principles of the requirements of the Standard, including fundamental clauses and statements of intent. Delegates will learn how to undertake a BRCGS audit, including planning and reporting of the audit.
This course is developed in modules and formatted for virtual learning.
This blended approach reinforces understanding with individual and group activities including case study exercises and a post course assessment.
Attendees should have read the clause requirements in the standard, prior to attending this course. Contact us for a copy of the standard if you don’t already have one, or visit the BRCGS Store for a free download.
This course is part of the BRC Global Standards Professional recognition programme.
EXAM Revision: STC has developed additional revision materials for our attendees. However, it can also be very helpful to complete the 25 question Sites training exam, for revision and exam practice purposes. The exam can be purchased here, as an add on to your Auditor course.

What did you enjoy most about the training? Good examples and useful breakouts even though the group was quite small.
On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this course to a friend or colleague? 10
I’ve done two certifications with STC Academy, BRCGS Food v9 Lead Auditor and BRCGS Storage and Distribution v4 Auditor and passed both at the first attempt. I very much like the pace of the training and the use of markup tools makes it really easy to follow the online notes.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BRCGS to anyone.
