I completed the Advanced Root Cause Analysis training with Cathy. It was genuinely a revelation. If you’re struggling with Root Cause Analysis this is really great.
I did the advanced Risk Assessment training with Chisala and it was excellent. Much broader scope and application than the base BRCGS course. Highly recommended!
