  • Full-Day: 9am – 5pm.
  • Half-Day: 3pm – 6:30pm

❗NOTE: From May 2025 Your tutor led Zoom sessions take 5 hrs, however, full 8hr days of work is required. You will see 8 hrs in BRCGS Educate once you have enrolled (this is correct for the overall time you need per day) and don’t worry, we will send you clear instructions how to enrol when you book with us. Note that Educate start and end times are not always correct, since these are fixed in the portal, please note our specific Zoom session start times instead. Please ensure that you set aside the required time to complete your homework assignments which will take approximately 3 hrs per day. As the Zoom session will be shorter, there will be shorter breaks in between (40min in total) , please make sure to make arrangements to accommodate this.

BRCGS Gluten-Free Issue 4 Auditor Training | Virtual

This training course has been designed for auditors to help gain an appreciation of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, understand the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard requirements and to provide guidance on auditing a Gluten-Free Management System. Training for Issue 4 is now available and is a mandatory requirement for all Gluten-Free Certification Program certified auditors.

Key learning objectives
β€’ Identify key objective evidence required to determine compliance with the Gluten-Free Certification Program Global Standard
β€’ Correctly complete auditor documentation.
β€’ Be able to effectively communicate a clear β€œsnap-shot” regarding the operation and the levels of conformity.
β€’ Recall GMPs relating to gluten management
β€’ List the individual components that make up the Gluten-free Certification Program Global Standard
β€’ Identify different gluten controls that must be implemented as part of a gluten-free management system.

To receive a Certificate of Achievement, the following assessment must be completed.

  • 50 question exam; Pass mark 80%.
