STC provides a free service to support the BRCGS requirement for confidential reporting.
SUBMIT A REPORT
- To make a confidential and anonymous report, you can use Confidential Report form below to report your concern.
- Include the email address that your company has provided so that our automated system knows who to send your report to.
- They will receive your message by email directly from our system. Your report is not logged by our system and we cannot see your message, only your email recipient can see your message and there is no way this system can trace back to you.

- Simply print the below pdf and display in your business.
- Include the instructions in your procedures and your staff training meterials.
- NOTE that the system is regularly tested to confirm continued functionality. However, it is important for you to also regularly test the system and to check your spam folders, since automated messages can get caught by spam filters.
