We support Certification Bodies with their technical review of audit reports, and this includes communications with the auditor to resolve any discrepancies or information shortfalls.

Any communication with the site is managed by the auditor however, so that the CB preserves primary contact with their clients.

STC technical reviewers will fully support the certification process in an effective and timely manner.

Once contracted, we’re here as a resource support when you need us. STC’s team of technical reviewers are experienced BRCGS Lead Auditors, qualified to the latest revisions of the various BRCGS standards.
